- Tuning your body through physical activity enhances your cognitive ability. Running releases protein in the brain to improve learning and memory, it also decreases symtoms of depression.
- 04 - Writing
- Keeping a diary of your thoughts can help gain awareness and understanding of one's own thought process, while creative writing can help slow cognitive ageing.
- 05 - Diet
- Eating good food and intermittent fasting can combat anxiety, depression, addiction, and increase cognitive function, learning, memory, and alertness. It also gives your body the fuel it needs to recover and protect your brain cells from damage.
